The National Federation of WIs now allows individual WI’s to set their own figure for their portion of the annual subscription for all new and renewing membership subscriptions.
All new or returning Members can therefore join Lickey WI
from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 for just £40,
saving 10% on the full rate annual subscription!
This fee will include refreshments served at monthly meetings.
The subscription fee is reduced for members joining part-way through the WI year – please contact Lickey WI for details.
Monthly Meetings of Lickey WI are now re-established at the Trinity Centre and other activities such as Lunch Outings, Book Club and participation in the County Skittles Tournament are held. Between Meetings, the Committee maintains contact with all Members by telephone or email.
The Worcestershire Federation offers a range of virtual and face-to-face events including quizzes, talks and craft activities – some “in-house” events such as online quizzes are available free to every County Member but where an outside speaker has been engaged a fee is payable by Members. Non-members can also participate for a slightly higher fee.
The Women’s Institute (WI) was founded in 1915 and currently has almost 200,000 members across more than 6,000 WIs. The WI plays a unique role in providing women with educational opportunities and the chance to build new skills, to take part in a wide variety of activities and to campaign on issues that matter to them and their communities.

Group Meetings are normally held twice a year and other joint activities or outings are organised.
Lickey WI meets at 7.30 pm on the first Tuesday of the month at Lickey Parish Hall (also known as the Trinity Centre) opposite Holy Trinity Church, Lickey unless otherwise stated on the Programme page. See Directions page for details.
