All Lickey WI social meetings and activities are currently subject to Government restrictions  – please check for updates on the Programme page

Lickey WI has hosted several events on Zoom and the committee and Book Group have continued to meet remotely.

Worcestershire Federation and Denman on Line have offered a range of activities on Zoom which some members have accessed and three members have regularly represented Lickey WI on the monthly online County Quiz.

Lickey WI Members usually enjoy a varied programme of activities throughout the year:

Each month a speaker or activity is arranged at the Parish Hall, with the exception of January when a New Year Lunch Meeting is held.  Details are given on the Programme page.

Lickey Members staged a successful stall at the Holy Trinity Church Christmas Fayre on Sat 7 December 2019.  Craft items,  home made cakes and bric-a-brac were on sale.

Lickey Members also take part in Group and Federation activities and events.  WI’s within the Bromsgrove & Hillside Group organise twice-yearly meetings which allow Members to meet with other WI’s to discuss Group matters and a speaker or entertainment is arranged.

Several Lickey Members attended the Bromsgrove & Hillside Group Autumn Meeting on Tuesday 29 October when local BBC Midlands Today presenter Joanne Malin gave an excellent talk about her life and career.
